- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. APM IT Solutions does not charge for SMS communications on our end.
- Mobile Data Sharing: No mobile information โ including SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and message content โ will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile opt-in data will not be used for any purpose other than delivering the communications you have requested from APM IT Solutions.

13. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance
We collect email addresses to send service information, respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and communicate with current and prospective clients. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we commit to the following:

- Commercial messages will be identified as such in a reasonable manner

- We will promptly honor all unsubscribe and opt-out requests

14. Pennsylvania Law & Business-to-Business Context
APM IT Solutions is incorporated and operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our primary clients are business organizations, not individual consumers. The following additional provisions apply:
- Pennsylvania Breach of Personal Information Notification Act (73 P.S. ยง 2301 et seq.): In the event of a breach of computerized data containing Pennsylvania residents' personal information, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with this Act.
- Business client data: Personal information we process on behalf of our business clients (as a managed services provider) is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement and any Data Processing Addendum in place with that client. This Privacy Policy applies to our own website and marketing activities, not to client-entrusted data.
- Governing law: This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
